Women's 3-Week Group Surf Therapy Clinics

What is included?
Three weekly 2-hour Women’s Surf & Wellness clinics held on Saturday mornings
Each Surf Therapy Session
Begins with an hour of group wellness with varying Topics
Mindfulness, Personal Strengths, Growth Mindset & Letting Go
Follows with 1 hour of on land and in water group surf instruction
-Our group size offers more personalized attention and opportunity for community (maximum of 8 participants)
COST: $450/3 clinic
We provide foam top surf boards & leashes, rash guards, surf instruction, and group wellness coaching. Participating athletes will need bathing suit & towel. Sun protection & drinking water, or electrolyte drink.
