WAVES 4 WOMEN 50/50
SHARE THE STOKE. SPLIT THE POT.
One lucky winner will receive 50% of all eligible raffle-ticket revenue collected, and the remaining 50% will support Waves 4 Women’s charitable mission of providing accessible, evidence-informed surf therapy, wellness programming, connection, and community for women and girls.
The more waves we make together, the bigger the winner’s share—and the greater the impact for the women and girls we serve.

RAFFLE PERIOD
Ticket sales open September 18, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. EDT during the Girls Gone Folly × The Drop In collaboration night.
Ticket sales close November 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
The physical drawing is scheduled for November 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST during Folly Beach Porchfest at [TBD].
The winner does not need to be present. The winning ticket number will be announced through Waves 4 Women’s official social media accounts, and the winner will be contacted using the information submitted at purchase.
ELIGIBILITY
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and physically located in South Carolina at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited. Waves 4 Women officers, directors, individuals directly administering the raffle or drawing, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Raffle-ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Any optional contribution to Zeffy shown during checkout supports the Zeffy platform, does not go to Waves 4 Women, does not increase the 50/50 prize, and does not provide additional raffle entries.
ODDS AND PRIZE
Each valid ticket has an equal chance of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible tickets sold. The prize equals 50% of eligible gross raffle-ticket revenue collected. Additional donations, Zeffy contributions, refunded transactions, chargebacks, and unsuccessful payments are not included in the prize calculation.
South Carolina raffle disclosure: Waves 4 Women did not conduct raffles during the preceding two years.
Mermaids & Mateys
Mermaids & Mateys Festival returns to Folly Beach on October 3, 2026! Come say hi and hang out with us at our vendor booth!
This year’s festival is FREE to attend, but you must register for tickets. Registration is free but does not guarantee entry. Entrance is on a first-come, first-served basis up to capacity. Tickets are now here!
World Mental Health Day
Join us in honor of World Mental Health Day with 30 minutes of yoga with Flow Co, a short beach sweep with Charleston Surfrider Foundation, and some coffee and donuts from Donut Daddy - Taking care of ourselves, Mother Ocean, and each other!

June 8 World Oceans Day Beach Sweep, 4-6pm
Join us for a Beach Sweep at Folly on Monday June 8th at 4 pm on the beach at the Tides hotel. Please sign up on the Sign Up Genius provided by the SC Aquarium and Folly’s own Toby the Turtle so that they can provide adequate clean up supplies and parking vouchers. This is such a great opportunity for a walk on our beautiful beach while doing something wonderful for our environment. See you there!

Rise Above Women’s Wellness Clinic
All women are welcome to join this gathering where we engage in activities to improve mental health, promote community and friendship and get moving with some light physical activity. This is a great way to get involved with Waves 4 Women and start conditioning your body and mind for surfing. If you believe in the beauty of the ocean and in the power of women who lift one another up, this meet up is for you. Donations appreciated. Meet on the beach at 5th West.
