Our approach to therapy is different.
Waves 4 Women promotes psychological and physical wellness through small group therapeutic surf programs for women and girls who have experienced challenges and other life stressors. Our therapeutic surf clinics include a combination of small group surf instruction, wellness skills education, and group debriefing.
Waves 4 Women empowers women by reframing challenges and adversity as opportunities for growth and utilizing a strengths based approach.
COSTS
The cost for one woman to complete a four-week therapeutic surf program through Waves 4 Women is $500.00.
