Community and connection are essential to Emotional Wellness. Our therapeutic surf programs are created FOR women BY women.
We welcome you to Folly Beach for community, adventure, and empowerment through women's wellness, surf instruction, and the healing power of the ocean, AKA Blue Mind Therapy.
June 6, 13 and 20, 8-10 AM at 5th West, Folly

There will be makeup days for weather but there will be no refunds issued for missing a clinic.

1 hour of Group Wellness w/ varying topics. Mindfulness, Personal Strengths, Growth Mindset & letting go.
1 hour of group ‘On Land’ and ‘In Water’ Surf Instruction.
Our group size allows for more personalized attention & community (maximum of 8 participants).
*Clinics must be filled to 4 participants- in order to run. We will notify you if your clinic does not fill and we can reschedule or refund you. Individual surf instruction available if you want to hit the waves sooner!

We are happy to offer individual and small group surf therapy, and also wellness sessions for those who prefer privacy. 1-on-1 sessions or small groups give the opportunity for a more individualized focus for participants.
Our Instructors have diverse backgrounds, and love to surf and help others gain confidence in the ocean.
We can also recommend local healing Massage, Reiki & Acupuncture practitioners.

A portion of each payment goes towards Waves 4 Women's Goals to increase the number of women and community members that we serve. Our goal is to provide consistent financially accessible therapeutic surf programs for women and girls in the Charleston community, and ultimately all over the world!
