Women's 4-Week Surf & Wellness Programs
Join us on Folly Beach for community, adventure, and empowerment through women's wellness, surf instruction, and the healing power of the ocean.
What is included?
4 weekly 2-hour Women’s Surf & Wellness clinics held from 8-10am on Saturday mornings
EACH 2 HOUR THERAPEUTIC SURF CLINIC INCLUDES:
-1 hour of group wellness (mindfulness, growth mindset, enhancing strengths, building resilience)
-1 hour of small group surf instruction (ratio of 1 instructor: 2 participants)
-Small group size for more personalized attention (maximum of 8 participants)
COST: $500/4 clinics OR $150/clinic
We provide surf boards, leashes, rash guards, surf instruction, and group wellness coaching. Participating athletes will need bathing suit & towel. Sun protection & drinking water.
