Join our Women’s Surf and Wellness Clinics

Duration: Each program consists of four two-hour clinics offered 1 x week for 4 consecutive weeks. 

Each surf clinic includes the following: 

-45-60 minutes of group wellness (mindfulness, growth mindset, etc)

-45-60 minutes of small group surf instruction

-Small group size for more personalized attention

We provide the following: -Surf boards, leashes, rash guards, surf instruction, and group wellness coaching.
